2. Equipment Shutdown & Maintenance Guidelines Before the Holiday

Please complete the following maintenance steps before the holiday to prevent equipment damage and ensure stable operation after restart:

1. Equipment Cleaning

• Remove all workpieces, fixtures, debris, and dust inside the machine

• Clean the electrical control cabinet

• Wipe and clean the external sheet metal surfaces

2. Anti-Rust Treatment

• Clean the working table and apply anti-rust oil evenly

• Run the machine at low speed for approximately 1 hour to lubricate linear guides, ball screws, and sliders

3. Power-Off & Axis Reset

• Turn off the main power supply and air supply

• Reset X / Y / Z axes to the home (zero) position

4. Moisture & Water Protection

• Recommended storage environment:

• Temperature: 24 ± 2 °C

• Humidity: 60 ± 10% RH

• Ensure proper moisture-proof and water-proof protection

5. Rodent Prevention

• Ensure all machine enclosures are properly sealed

• Implement rodent prevention measures to avoid cable damage
